UPDATE: CAPTAIN IS RESERVED! 🙂 Mr. Captain is a young boy who had been hunting daily for a whole week in a village near Pula. Whether he was dump by someone or arrived alone, we couldn’t removed him from the bushes where he was hiding. As soon as this gentleman heard the sound of the car, he would slip into the deepest corner, where he thought no one could do anything to him. However, he didn’t count on our wish to take him to safety, so after a week we returned to the shelter with Captain in the back seat of the car. We looked like we came from the battle, stabbed and torn clothes. After 24 hours of getting used to it, the young boy quickly embraced his new surroundings. He started to be cheerful with volunteers, smiling with other dogs, and being the best roommate to his girl friend Liz. Neither too small or too large, with the tail that constantly goes from left to right, with a gentle look and hair soft as wool, is hard not to fall in love with Captain. It is heart warming to see those abandoned dogs who can healed their broken hearts with love and confedence. We can tell you that your dear boy will be the best in the world to his family.
