VOLUNTEER

Besides regular care (food, cleaning their boxes and vet care), dogs in our Shelter need activities, regular walks, and that is where volunteer’s help is most needed. Human contact help them to survive. Because of that everyday human contact, „Snoopy“ dogs are just the way they are: happy, patient and cuddly. Thanks to volunteers all dogs know how human kiss or soft pillow look like. They recognize happiness, fear or sadness on human faces. They know how to smile, have fun, sit in your lap, comfort you when it’s needed. They manage to conquer their own fears and insecurities. They can be patient in sickness. They look you in your eyes and soul and love you unconditionally.
You can volunteer in different ways:
– in our Shelter on Kastijun (spending time with dogs)
– offer a temporary home for young or/and injured dogs ( in that case, all cost for food and vet are covered by Snoopy)
– volunteer on the Snoopy stand (more information on mail/phone/personally).
