ABANDONING ANIMALS
Abandoning animals is punishable by the Animal Protection Act and should be reported to the nearest veterinary inspection.
NEGLECTION AND ABUSE
Neglection and abuse of animals are responsibility of the veterinary inspection.
It has various forms of violation of the Animal Protection Act:
– keeping a dog on a short leash
– keeping animals in the sun without shelter and water
– various forms of neglection (lack of adequate medical treatment, irregular food and water, inadequate accommodation)
– keeping a dog in an apartment without performing the regular walking
– hitting animals
– poisoning animals
